Program summary:
The 28-story mixed-use tower. The brick and stone base of the building contains a 2,000-seat sanctuary for the Bethel Gospel Assembly, above which rises the residential complex, clad in ribbons of glass that capture views of either Marcus Garvey Park or Central Park for residents of the 149 condominium units and 50 rental units. A high proportion of the units have access to the outdoors via terraces and balconies, and residents enjoy amenities such as a pool, health club, community room, and courtyard. The project also includes a 200-car underground parking facility.Area: 365,000 GSF / 34,000 GSM
